“Calling HomeSafe was the best decision I have made in my home owning journey! From start to finish, this was the most seamless and painless process. Mone was fantastic at helping me get on their books - they were able to get me in the next day! The day of the appointment, James and Justin called me about 30 minutes before their arrival to give me a heads up, which I appreciated. Once they arrived, Justin and James did a comprehensive inspection. I knew going into the inspection that I needed to have a new exterior vent installed in addition to a cleaning. James and Justin found a couple other things that needed to be addressed and made sure to clearly explain why additional items needed to be replaced. I was presented a clear and concise estimate of the work and didn't feel pressured at all. I agreed to the estimate and they did the work immediately! They were efficient and completed the job perfectly! I really appreciated the HomeSafe team helping me get my dryer vent cleaned and a new exterior vent installed. I had been without a working dryer for a while and they got everything resolved in a quick visit! I can't recommend this company enough!
